Sports & remedial massage is a targeted treatment designed to reduce muscle tension, improve mobility, aid recovery, and address pain or dysfunction caused by sport, work, injury, or everyday life.
-
Not at all. Despite the name, sports & remedial massage isn’t just for athletes. Many clients seek treatment for back pain, neck and shoulder tension, postural issues, work-related aches, or general muscle tightness.
-
Common issues include muscle tightness, neck and shoulder tension, lower back discomfort, post-exercise soreness, reduced mobility, and overuse injuries.

-

-
Your first session typically includes a discussion of your goals, medical history, current symptoms, activity levels, and an assessment before treatment begins.
-
